Wholesale


All of our breads are all-natural, with no preservatives, chemicals, or fillers. We hand-shape every loaf and roll that comes out of our bakery. We also use traditional and natural preferments including biga, poolish, and sourdough starters that gives our breads great, robust flavors.

Our desserts are made with high quality ingredients, using 100% butter and other real ingredients, never sacrificing quality.
